Drink Your Cold Goodbye

Drinking garlic tea is a naturally soothing way to bust out a cold. Garlic is a very powerful superhero with fierce defenses. It packs a punch with antiviral, antibacterial and anti-infection powers. Next time you start feeling a cold creeping around the corner, drink garlic tea and bust out your cold.



Boil 3 cups water and 3 garlic cloves (cut into slices ) in a large saucepan. Once the water boils, turn off the heat and add 1/2 c locally grown raw honey and 1/2 c fresh organic lemon juice. Mix well and strain. Drink 1/2 c, warm three times a day. Keep leftovers in the fridge.
